👗 What to wear: Winter clothes. The warmer the better. Be ready for temperatures below 0°Celsius.
👮‍♂️ Restrictions: Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope. The minimum age is 3 years old. Penguin Encounter is subject to availability. Make sure to have a valid ID card with you. Entrance is only possible with a valid identification card or passport. Helmets are compulsory for children under the age of 13. Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (16 years or above). All customers must sign a mandatory Health and Safety waiver.
